Order Processing

  • Orders placed during our regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm) are promptly processed. Those placed before 2pm are dispatched on the same day.
  • Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the following business day.
  • If any item in your order is unavailable, we will notify you right away and offer a refund.

Delivery Turnaround

Orders confirmed and paid for by 2pm on regular business days are typically dispatched on that very day.

Return Policy

  3. Condition of Return: All returned items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging. If items are returned in a condition that is unsellable, the return will not be accepted, and the item will be sent back at the customer's expense.
  4. Proof of Purchase: For a seamless return process, please provide a proof of purchase, like your order number or a receipt, when returning an item.
  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  6. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

  8. Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
