All orders placed during business hours (Monday to Friday 9am-4pm) will be processed within 1 business day.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and given a refund. We are NOT keeping backorders at this stage. (UPDATED: Monday 23/3/2020)
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Turnaround:
Generally, orders paid for by 2pm on business days are sent the same day.

Returns Information
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer fault. Your must return the item within 7 days from invoice date. Please contact us to organise a return.
Once your return is received you will be refunded via your original payment method, less shipping.
Special Order Items (such as custom Hallmarks) & specially cut lengths of cord or chain are non-returnable and non-refundable.
