Product Description

This micro-abrasive felt flap polishing wheel is designed specifically for the final polishing stage, producing an exceptionally bright, mirror-like finish on jewellery and precious metals. Measuring 25 mm × 25 mm and mounted on a Ø2.35 mm shank, it provides a clean and convenient way to take an already polished surface through to an even higher level of shine.

Made in France, the wheel combines high-quality felt flaps with specialised fibres containing extremely fine micro-abrasive particles. These abrasive fibres are positioned between the felt flaps, creating a flexible polishing action that simultaneously refines and buffs the surface to achieve an extremely high final lustre.

Unlike conventional felt buffs, no polishing paste or compound is required. The micro-abrasive is incorporated directly into the wheel, allowing it to be used completely dry and eliminating the sticky compound residue normally associated with final polishing.
