Product Description

The Pepetools Superior Ring Bender with XL Arm is a heavy-duty jewellery forming tool designed for bending rings, spoon rings, cutlery, and thicker metals with significantly greater leverage. The upgraded XL handle and cam make it particularly useful when working with tougher materials such as nickel silver and stainless steel, where the standard handle can require considerably more force.

The extended arm increases mechanical leverage, allowing heavier material to be formed with greater control and less effort. Combined with precision-machined hardened steel posts and matching dies, the system is suitable for everything from conventional ring forming through to demanding spoon and cutlery ring work.

Important Usage Note

Due to the increased leverage produced by the XL arm, the ring bender should be securely bolted to a sturdy workbench or firmly mounted in a heavy-duty vice before use, particularly when bending stainless steel, nickel silver, cutlery, or other resistant materials.
